From the assignment email, click "view order on the website". Once there, click the down arrow/carrot next to the status of the order and change the status from "assigned" to "accept". That will pop up a box that allows you to accept with conditions.
How do I accept with conditions?
Again, once you're in Arivs, click the tab marked "main" and you should see the appraisal you're working on listed. There should be a column marked notes and each row will have a green button with a cross in it. Click this button to add a new note. The software will notify us of new notes and we'll be able to read them and/or send them on.

Once you're in Arivs, click the tab marked "main" and you should see the appraisal you're working on listed. There should be a column marked status, displaying something like "accepted", "scheduled", "inspected and being typed", etc.; you've probably been updating this. Set the status to "inspected and being typed" and then click the down arrow/carrot to the right of the status; you should see an option to upload the appraisal.
We don't need an invoice anymore! You can email us one if you like (ProLinkSolutionsInc.Arivs@gmail.com), otherwise we will be paying you the amount that is listed on the report in Arivs.

You don't need to set up an account because we've already made one for you. We've set your username and password to your old eTrac username and password. However, if this doesn't work for you, the easiest thing to do is to call us and we'll tell you your login and then reset your password while you're on the phone with us.
